  • Plan Ahead and Begin Early

    The best time to apply for admission to Casady School is during the late fall preceding the school year for which you desire to enroll your child at Casady. This will ensure plenty of time to complete the admission process. Typically, the longest delays are the result of securing teacher and personal recommendations from your child's current teachers.
  • School Visit

    We welcome your interest in Casady, and while printed materials provide you with an introduction to Casady, there is no subsitute for visiting campus and experiencing the Casady Community firsthand. We invite you to call us for a personal tour to experience what makes Casady truly unique. Please contact the Admission Office at (405) 749-3185 or email admission@casady.org to arrange a personal tour.
  • Submit your Application

    You may submit an application online, click the link in the menu to download an application, or request one from the Admission Office at (405) 749-3185 or email admission@casady.org. The application should be completed and returned to the Admission Office with a $50 non-refundable fee. If applying online, the $50 non-refundable fee must be paid in order to submit your application.
  • Testing

    Grade 1 applicants: Testing/observations are conducted weekdays during the school year. The testing day begins at 9:00 a.m. and finishes at 11:00 a.m., allowing staff to conduct a classroom observation and testing in a single visit. The Admission Office will contact families of first grade applicants to schedule the time for testing/observation.

    Grades 2-4 applicants: Testing takes approximately two to three hours. This may, however, vary according to the student's personal needs or pace, so please do not be concerned if actual times vary. After March, evaluations are scheduled on an individual basis. Please contact the Admission Office at (405) 749-3185 to schedule an evaluation.
  • Request for School Records

    The transcript request form is to be given to the applicant's current school and must be mailed directly from the student's school to Casady's Admission Office.
  • Teacher Recommendations

    It is helpful to consider the observations of a current teacher about your child’s school performance. We ask Lower Division applicants for a recommendation from the child's current classroom teacher. Please ask your child’s current teacher(s) to complete the appropriate forms and return them directly to Casady's Admission Office.
  • Student Visits

    Applicants for grades one through four are encouraged to visit Casady School for one school day. Visits are scheduled beginning in January. Please call the Admission Office at (405) 749-3185 to schedule your student's visit. These visits help applicants and parents determine if Casady feels like a good fit, and help the Admission Team to gain greater knowledge of the student by observation.
  • Admission Decisions

    Parents are notified in writing about admission decisions in March. After March, all applications are reviewed on a "rolling" basis and are subject to available space. The Admission Office can provide specifics about the availability of space in a given grade level.

Please Note:

Children need to have successfully completed kindergarten and be six years old by September 1 to enter first grade. Applicants for grades two through four should reach the grade-appropriate age during the summer before or during the course of the school year.
