  • Plan Ahead and Begin Early

    The best time to apply for admission to Casady School is during the late fall preceding the school year for which you desire to enroll your child at Casady. This will ensure plenty of time to complete the admission process. Typically, the longest delays are the result of securing teacher and personal recommendations from your child's current teachers.
  • School Visit

    We welcome your interest in Casady, and while printed materials provide you with an introduction to Casady, there is no subsitute for visiting our campus and experiencing our community firsthand. We invite you to call us for a personal tour to experience what makes Casady truly unique. Please contact the Admission Office at (405) 749-3185 or email admission@casady.org to arrange a personal tour.
  • Submit your Application

    You may submit an application online, click the link in the menu to download an application, or request one from the Admission Office at (405) 749-3185 or email admission@casady.org. The application should be completed and returned to the Admission Office with a $50 non-refundable fee. If applying online, the $50 non-refundable fee must be paid in order to submit your application.
  • Testing

    All students seeking admission to Casady are required to take an admission test. In addition to helping determine the overall abilities of your child, test results are critical for placement. Admission tests are given to students applying to all grades. After March, Middle and Upper Division assessments are scheduled individually. Please contact the Admission Office for more information at (405) 749-3185.
  • Request for School Records

    The transcript request form is to be given to the applicant's current school and must be mailed directly from the student's school to Casady's Admission Office.
  • Teacher Recommendations

    It is helpful for Casady School to consider the observations of your child's current teacher regarding your child’s school performance. Middle and Upper Division applicants are asked to provide one recommendation from their English, language arts or social studies teacher AND one from their math or science teacher. Ask your child’s current teachers to complete the appropriate forms and to return them directly to Casady's Admission Office.
  • Admission Decisions

    Parents will be notified in writing about admission decisions. After March, all applications are reviewed on a "rolling" basis and are subject to available space. The Admission Office can provide specifics about the availability of space in a given grade level.
  • Student Visitation or "Shadowing"

    Applicants for grades five through 12 are required to visit for one school day as part of the admission process. Visits are scheduled beginning in November. Please call the Admission Office today at (405) 749-3185 to schedule your student's visit. These visits help applicants and parents determine if Casady feels like a good fit, and help the Admission Team to gain greater knowledge of the student by observation.
