Concessions Stand

During athletic events, CPO parent volunteers and Gales members (Upper Division pep club) staff concessions at Jimmy's and concessions in Bennett Athletic Center. Jimmy's is a concession building located south of Hoot Gibson Football Field, built in memory of Jimmy Everest of the Class of 1994. The Casady sports concessions program is a vital component of our campus. The volunteers who staff concessions throughout the three sports seasons help improve the School and student experience by ensuring the following:
  1. Supporting the Casady athletes
  2. Offering hospitality to students, parents/grandparents and visiting team guests
  3. Raising a large amount of money to support important athletic and academic programs

Parental Committment

The Casady concession stands are open and successful when there are volunteers to work the area.

Parents of a student athlete are strongly encouraged to support the Concessions Build Community program by signing up to work one concession shift per sport season. The volunteer sign-up process will ensure that all parents can work shifts that do not conflict with their students’ sports. Additionally, the easy electronic sign is available for the season so volunteers may sign up and schedule at their convenience.

Casady alumni also are encouraged and invited to be a part of the concessions fun.

Thank you in advance for volunteering at the concessions stand. Your time and support are greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please contact:  casadyconcessions@gmail.com.
