How to Apply

  • 2. Getting to know each other

    • Once an inquiry has been submitted, an Admission Director will call you to schedule a campus visit or answer any questions you have.
    • Check our Events page for important events for prospective families and students.
  • 3. Submitting an Application

    • Once an inquiry has been submitted, you will receive a follow up email with login credentials for our online portal called “MyCasady”.
    • Visit www.casady.org and click on MyCasady in the upper right-hand corner. Login using your issued username and create a new password.
    • Once logged in, select your child’s tab and click “Apply Now”
    • Complete the online Application and Parent Statement, pay the $75 application fee, and click “Thank You” to submit.

  • 5. Schedule a Shadow Day

    • Lower Division
      • Grade 1: All applicants are required to fulfill a shadow day visit in Kindergarten which includes a developmental assessment.
      • Grades 2-4: All applicants are required to fulfill a shadow day visit in Casady’s Lower Division. Students are placed in a classroom of their current grade level.
    • Middle and Upper Division
      • Grades 5-12: All applicants are required to fulfill a shadow day visit in Casady’s Middle or Upper Divisions. Students are typically matched with a Student Ambassador in their same grade level. For rising 9th graders, students are matched with a current 9th grade Student Ambassador. Applicants will meet with the Division Director, Assistant Director or Dean of Students at some point during the day.

    • You may login to MyCasady at any time to check the status of your checklist and to see what items have or have not been completed.
  • 7. Deadlines, Decisions & Notification

    • Early Decision Deadline - December 1
      • See more information about Early Decision below
    • Regular Decision Deadline - January 15
      • For admission files completed by January 15, decisions will be emailed on February 10.
    • Rolling Admission - Admission files completed after January 15
      • For admission files completed after January 15, files will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and as space permits in the grade level.
      • For grades that are full, students will be placed in a waitpool.
  • 8. Enrollment Contracts

    • Continuous Enrollment Contracts for accepted students will be issued at the time of acceptance.
    • Families are given 2 weeks to accept the enrollment contract, after which point the contract will no longer be available and the space will be given to another qualified candidate.
  • * Early Decision Candidates

    • Primary Division
      • Legacy Candidates have the opportunity to apply for Early Acceptance in full-day PreK and Kindergarten to ensure a spot early in the year.
      • If offered Early Acceptance, families will pay the $400 enrollment fee to hold their child’s space in the class.
    • Upper Division
      • 9th grade candidates have the opportunity to apply for Early Acceptance to ensure a spot early in the year.
      • Early Acceptance can be offered to outstanding candidates if files are complete by December 1.
      • If offered Early Acceptance, the candidate will be given the opportunity to pay a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to hold their space in the class. When the Continuous Enrollment Contract is issued in February, the $400 enrollment fee will be waived.
    • If a student is not offered Early Acceptance, their file will be deferred to the regular review process and more information may be requested by the Admission Office.

  • Casady’s natural entry points are Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st grade, 7th grade, and 9th grade.
  • We do accept applications for non-entry points, and space is available based on attrition.
