Casady School transitioned to Continuous Enrollment, a process that is simpler and easier for our families.
Each year, 95% of Casady families re-enroll so we asked ourselves, why do we ask our families to re-enroll every year? It is always our priority to serve our community the best way we can, which means constantly re-evaluating processes. Casady completed the first phase of its move to Continuous Enrollment for Enrollment Contracts last year.

Last year's re-enrollment process was much the same as in the past; however it required one last enrollment contract to sign. Continuous Enrollment is a contract that enrolls a student for the upcoming year and all subsequent years until the student graduates.

Enrollment fees, payment plans, and student billing continue through SmartTuition, Casady family’s login and account information remain the same. Assistance with login for SmartTuition, is direct through the company at 1-888-868-8828. Melissa Jenkins in Casady’s Business Office handles all student building and is also available at or 749-3165.

  • Q: What will be the process in 2021-2022

    The timeline for Year 2 and beyond will be:

  • Q: Why did Casady move to Continuous Enrollment?

    It is always our priority to serve our community the best way we can, which means constantly re-evaluating our processes. As we find ourselves in a world where auto renew and auto draft are a part of our everyday vocabulary, and have become commonplace practices, we believe this was the right time to make the transition to a similar method for enrollment. We want to mirror those business practices that our community is familiar with, while at the same time providing a cleaner and easier enrollment process for our families.
  • Q: What will be different going forward?

    The change is in year 2 (enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year) when families will no longer receive a contract to submit. Should any changes be necessary, you will contact us by the deadlines we’ve provided and your requested changes will be made. You will receive plenty of reminders and notifications as deadlines approach.

    If you are like the majority of Casady families who re-enroll each year and make no change to their tuition payment plan, you will not have to do anything moving forward!
  • Q: Can I choose to opt-out of Continuous Enrollment?

    No, at this time Casady School has made a decision to move forward with Continuous Enrollment to ease the re-enrollment process. We know that this process will be a benefit to our families.
  • Q: What if I’m not sure I want my child to be continuously enrolled until they graduate?

    If at any time you decide you want to withdraw your student’s enrollment, you can do so. You will need to be mindful of the “Opt Out Deadline” which is February 20. Should you withdraw beyond that point, there will be an enrollment fee or tuition penalty.
  • Q: Where can I find a copy of my signed contract going forward?

    The signed contract copy is always saved in your MyCasady profile by clicking on “Files & Forms” and checking the box “show completed form” under each child’s name. Please call the Admission and Enrollment Management Office at 405-749-3200 with additional questions or if you are unable to locate the contract copy.
  • Q: Will I need to add my bank account information each year?

    Bank information in SmartTuition will remain the same until the parent changes it.
  • Q: If I choose the one-payment option and want to take advantage of the 1% discount, what is the deadline for my tuition payment?

    Beginning with the 2021-22 academic year, full tuition payments must be made by February 20 of the year prior to the upcoming academic year in order to receive the 1% discount.
  • Q: What if I need to change my payment plan selection in 2021-22?

    The payment plan selection can be changed by calling the Business Office / Student Billing at 405-749-3165.
  • Q: What if I want my annual enrollment fee to be charged to a different account vs. the tuition payment?

    Starting for the 2021-22 school year (February 29, 2021) the annual enrollment fee will be deducted automatically based on the banking information that’s in the SmartTuition records when you signed the Continuous Enrollment contract. However, you can call SmartTuition or Casady's Business Office / Student Billing at 405-749-3165 to change the payment source.
  • Q: What if I am applying for Financial Aid and not sure if we can afford Casady School tuition for the coming year?

    The Financial Aid committee has Open Enrollment each fall. So long as your Financial Aid application has been submitted by the Open Enrollment deadline, you will receive notification of your grant before the “Opt Out Deadline,” annually on February 20. If you need more time to consider your grant, and you ultimately decide the grant is not workable for your family, you will be able to withdraw and receive a refund of your enrollment fee.
  • Q: What happens if I withdraw my child after the Opt-Out deadline of February 20?

    If a student is withdrawn after the opt-out deadline, the enrollment fee will be nonrefundable.
  • Q: What if we learn after the Opt Out Deadline that we are moving and our enrollment fee has already been drafted?

    Once the re-enrollment period is over and the Opt Out Deadline has passed, there will be a scheduled auto draft of enrollment fees on February 28 for all re-enrolling students. Enrollment fees are non-refundable, and it is our way of anticipating enrollment for the following Academic Year. Think of it as a placeholder for your child.
  • Q: What happens if I withdraw my child after May 31?

    Per the terms of the Enrollment Contract, any student withdrawn on or after June 1 will be required to pay 25% of tuition, unless the reason for withdrawal is for reason of a family relocation of over 75 miles from Casady School.
