This year will be the last time Casady parents will be asked to complete an Enrollment Contract. Each year, 95% of our families re-enroll so we asked ourselves, why do we ask our families to re-enroll every year? It is always our priority to serve our community the best way we can, which means constantly re-evaluating our processes.
The process for the 2020-21 school year will look much like it has in the past. There is still one last contract to submit. Continuous Enrollment Contracts will be issued on January 29, and it is critical that we receive Enrollment Contracts for current students by February 20 so that we may begin to plan and invite prospective mission-appropriate students and their families to join our Casady Community.
This year's re-enrollment process will be the same. Your student’s Enrollment Contract will appear on the MyCasady page of the “Responsible Signer” for your family. Your family will be asked to review the contract, select a payment plan, pay the required enrollment fee, and submit the information accordingly to complete the re-enrollment process. If you do not recall your family’s “Responsible Signer,” please contact Ami Naik in Casady’s Admission and Enrollment Management Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 749-3185. Please note that contracts not submitted by February 20 will incur an additional $50 fee each month.
Enrollment fees, payment plans, and student billing will continue through SmartTuition, so your family’s login and account information will remain the same.
