Strategic Plan

Strategic Planning is a multifactored exercise incorporating the needs of our Casady Community and the opportunities for the School in advancing our educational offerings in a student-focused approach true to our guiding mission. Great Independent Schools are guided by the vision of their founders. This is done with the traditions established through history, progression of programs, initiatives supporting educational growth, and evolution to meet the expectations, demands, and needs of their internal and surrounding communities, all while staying true to the mission.
"One of the Board's primary goals has been to focus on long-term strategic planning. By analyzing both our achievements and the challenges we face, we have crafted a roadmap that positions Casady to continue advancing its mission in a sustainable and impactful manner."
- John Hart, Casady Board of Trustees Chair, 2023-26

Strategic Goals

List of 4 items.

  • Character | Culture | Community

The intersection of society and technology in today’s world creates an evolutionary change in the importance of specific skills our students need to be successful in changing college and employment landscapes. This effects a renewed emphasis on character development.
  • Places | Programs

As the Oklahoma City metropolitan area demographic increases, Casady has the opportunity to assess strategic enrollment growth. Determining the optimal size of the School in today's culture will inform master campus planning, programming, financial resources, and faculty development.
  • People

Developing a strategy to recruit and retain highly skilled, culturally-aligned, and experienced faculty is paramount to edcuational success. Strategically, this is accomplished by furthering a positive employment culture and investing in the people who are key to the development of the foundational aspects of skills and knowledge in students to prepare them for the changing college and employment landscapes.
  • Sustainability | Viability

The core purpose of Casady's Board of Trustees is to make decisions and actions that support the long-term viability of the School. The board commits to engaging in continuous improvement and seeking the best ways to resource the School's mission.
