Randy was raised in Oklahoma and earned a BBA from Trinity University in 1979. Following college, Randy worked as a real estate loan officer with Capital Bank in Houston, Texas from the fall of 1979 through May of 1982. He then relocated to Oklahoma City to assist his father, Dan Hogan, with the renovation, management, and leasing of the 120,000 square foot Journal Record building & parking garage. In 1985 Hogan Property Company was formed which offered 3rd party leasing, management and property sales services primarily assisting banks with their REO related assets.
In March of 1995, HPC Investments, LLC was formed. HPC Investments became the managing partner relative to a number of commercial office building acquisitions and subsequent development opportunities which include public private partnerships, “East Wharf” (15 acres) located on the east shore of Lake Hefner, & “Lower Bricktown” (40 acres) located just south of the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
Additional developments include HPI Broadway Mediplex, which is an ambulatory surgery center, medical office and 14 bed hospital located at Britton Road and the Broadway Extension, Winstar Village Apartments together with Winstar World Casino master plan and The Shops at Warren Place located at 61st & Yale in Tulsa.
Current developments in progress includes the 50-acre mixed use, “The Half “, located just south of American Fidelity’s corporate headquarters, which is north of Wilshire Boulevard on the Broadway Extension. The Half includes Dolese’s new corporate headquarters, OneCorp Ambulatory Surgery Center Medical Office and Hospital, entertainment anchors Flix Brewhouse and Chicken N Pickle, and the recently opened Andretti's, plus the Broadvue apartment complex (324 units). The next phase of The Half will include waterfront restaurants, additional medical office and a 140-room high end boutique hotel.
Future planned development includes 45.5 acres located on the east side of the Broadway Extension, south of NE 82nd Street and north of Wilshire Boulevard which is programmed for additional leisure entertainment complimenting the portion of the Half located north of NE 82nd Street, as well as, other mixed uses which will complete the 95-acre Half development.
