David Edwards’ career is focused in the energy industry, most recently as President and Chief Financial Officer of Tapstone Energy, which was successfully sold at the end of 2021.

David Edwards’ career is focused in the energy industry, most recently as President and Chief Financial Officer of Tapstone Energy, which was successfully sold at the end of 2021.
Prior to Tapstone, Mr. Edwards was the CFO at Roan Resources, from its initial public listing until the sale of the company in late 2019. Mr. Edwards began his career at UBS, where he worked in the sell-side research division, focusing on coverage of energy related securities.
Mr. Edwards received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Brown University in 2004. Mr. Edwards and his wife Alexandra have lived in Oklahoma City since 2010. Their daughters both attend Casady.
