Immersion Day Experiences Across Campus

Casady's Immersion Day is part of an expanding plan for student engagement, wellness, and durable learning.
Casady School’s Strategic Academic Plan led the School on a two-year process of developing new schedules for Upper and Middle Divisions for the 2019-2020 academic year. These new schedules through the Strategic Academic Plan represent the School's commitment to both the well-being of its students and its mission. Immersion Days at Casady support peak learning opportunities that reinforce the School's mission of developing excellence, confidence, and integrity in students.

“Immersion Days are unique, fun, one-of-a-kind, and memorable experiences,” Josh Bottomly, Associate Head of School for Academics, said. “Our vision and goal is that each Immersion Day provides our students and faculty a 'mini-rally point' each trimester that delivers on our strategic priorities of student wellness, student engagement, durable learning, community engagement, and skills/knowledge."

Today was the first of three Immersion Days Cyclones will share during the 2019-2020 academic year. The day looks different at each stage in the Casady experience.
