Science Olympiad Team Competes at Pembroke Hill Invitational
The UD Science Olympiad Team competed at the Pembroke Hill School Invitational Tournament on Saturday, Jan. 8, in Kansas City.
The UD Science Olympiad Team competed at the Pembroke Hill School Invitational Tournament on Saturday, Jan. 8, in Kansas City. The Cyclones went head-to-head against 23 teams, with about 500 individuals, during the tournament.
Casady placed seventh overall, receiving awards in 10 of the 23 events held during the tournament.

Casady Choir members performed at the COCDA (Central Oklahoma Choral Director’s Association) Festival Tuesday night. More than 1,000 students auditioned for 25 spots on various choirs, and Casady had 12 students selected.
Casady Students Jack Morgan '23, Connor Evans '23, and Grant Kirk '24 recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout in a ceremony held at Westminster Presbyterian Church. All three are members of BSA Troop 4.

Students from Mrs. Fryer's third grade class released monarch butterflies into Casady's Monarch Waystation, also known as the Butterfly Garden, this week. The monarchs, which started as caterpillars found in the waystation, were observed by the students in class as the caterpillars underwent metamorphosis.
