Owl Pellet Detectives

Mrs. Semet’s seventh grade science class had an exciting hands-on lesson as they dissected owl pellets to learn more about food chains and animal biology.
Students carefully examined the pellets, identifying tiny bones and other remains to discover what owls eat in the wild. This interactive activity gave them a closer look at how predators and prey are connected in ecosystems, making science come to life in a fun and memorable way.
