Annual Fund Parent Committee

Casady School relies on the generous support of its parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, and friends to ensure it remains one of the premier independent, college preparatory schools in the region.
Casady School Annual Fund Parent Committee

At Casady School, we believe in the power of community. The Annual Fund Parent Committee plays a vital role in building a culture of philanthropy by encouraging meaningful participation from every family. Together, we support the mission of Casady School and ensure a bright future for all Cyclones.
Our Purpose

The purpose of the Casady School Parent Committee is to:
  • Foster a strong culture of giving among Casady families.
  • Encourage participation in the Annual Fund at a level that is meaningful for each family.
  • Support Casady’s long-term success through awareness, connection, and collaboration.
The Casady School Annual Fund Parent Association serves as an affiliated body of the Development Office, guiding parent participation in the Annual Fund. All members are asked to make a commitment to the current Annual Fund.

Who Can Join?
  • Current Casady parents
  • Alumni and Parents/Grandparents of Alumni
  • Faculty and staff
Time Commitment

Volunteering on the Parent Committee is designed to be flexible and manageable. Most roles require 1–3 hours per month from September through May, which may include brief meetings, occasional outreach, or supporting an event or campaign. Your time and energy—no matter how small—make a big impact!

How We Work

The Parent Committee fulfills its mission through the following strategies:

List of 5 items.

  • Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Grade-level representatives personally connect with fellow parents, sharing why giving matters and encouraging participation in a meaningful way.
  • Thematic Campaigns

We support the Development Office by helping shape and promote each year’s Annual Fund theme, aligning with Casady’s values and priorities.
  • Creative Engagement

We keep things fun and inspiring—whether through friendly class challenges, themed giving days, storytelling spotlights, or incentives that build momentum.
  • Community Collaboration

By partnering with faculty, staff, and other parent groups, we ensure philanthropy is integrated into the broader Casady experience.
  • Clear Communication

Regular updates, milestone celebrations, and inclusive messaging help all families feel informed, appreciated, and empowered to contribute.
