Welcome to Casady!

If you are looking for a school that nurtures, engages, challenges, provides diverse opportunities, encourages students to try new things, prepares them for the future, and provides them with the tools to succeed in school and beyond, you have come to the right place!

Casady School excels at educating the whole student – in mind, body, and spirit. It has been our mission since 1947. While we hold true to many of the traditions that make us Casady, including daily Chapel services, family style lunch, college preparatory curriculum, we are constantly innovating and pushing the envelope to ensure that our students' needs are met, and we are preparing them for the world we live in today so that they may lead lives of balance, purpose, and joy.

This year things are naturally going to look a little different around campus. Casady’s priority for on campus learning drove a thoughtful and intentional process of research and planning that we call the Strategic Path Forward. For the 2020-21 school year, we have asked our families to covenant with us around three shared principles of Relationships, Safety, and Flexibility. And while Casady’s commitment to our mission is as strong as ever, COVID-19 has challenged us to find new ways to execute our daily activities on campus - whether that be attending class or sports, Chapel or lunch, or even just walking through the halls and around campus. These temporary modifications will ensure the health and safety of our students and faculty while at the same time allowing us to continue carrying forth our mission of educating the whole student. We hope to return to business as usual as soon as possible, and until that time, we will lean heavily on these three important guiding principles that are aligned with the six priorities in the School’s Strategic Academic Plan of Safety, Connection, Curriculum, Community, Balance, and Sustainability.

Finally, we know that selecting a school is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, and we take that investment very seriously. Michael Cooper, Associate Director of Admission and Enrollment Management, and Ami Naik, Enrollment Management and Data Specialist, and I are thrilled to be a part of this journey with you and look forward to sharing all of the wonderful things that Casady has to offer!
