Montessori-Based Private Independent Preschool in OKC

At Casady, we offer a Montessori-based curriculum that allows preschool students both the freedom to explore their interests and the structure they need to grow and develop.
We offer a unique, child-centered space, and afford our preschool students experiences and opportunities that support the School’s core values: self-confidence, self-directed learning, independence, and respect for others.

The Primary Division for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students is a comfortable, unique and exciting space: perfect for your preschool-age child. Many opportunities for socialization, exploration, creative work lend themselves to academic accomplishment.

Casady School is dedicated to offering children a supportive and stimulating environment that fosters a positive attitude about education. The freedom and support to question, to probe deeply, and to make connections are all essential in guiding your preschooler to become a confident and enthusiastic learner.

As a Montessori-based school, our mission of developing excellence, confidence, and integrity in students is expressed through the four goals of a Montessori education: order, concentration, coordination, independence.

Montessori's first goal of order begins as the prepared environment, or what Montessori teachers call their classrooms, and is internalized by the child. The child discovers order is the relationship between objects, individuals, and their place in time and space.

Montessori's second goal of concentration is described as a state of essential engagement and ultimately a fundamental source of happiness and fulfillment. In our Primary Division, order and concentration are what excellence looks like.

Montessori's third goal is coordination, which is the basic means for independent functioning or the ability to do for one's self. In our Primary Division, coordination is what confidence looks like.

Montessori's fourth goal is independence, or confident, self-motivated learners discovering freedom within limits and the freedom to make appropriate, informed, kind and compassionate choices. In our Primary Division independence is what integrity looks like.
