UD Band Participates in State Contest for First Time
The Upper Division Band competed at State Contest.
The Upper Division Band competed at State Contest this week. This is the first time that Casady's band has qualified for state, joining more than 88 2A, 3A, and 4A Oklahoma bands that performed at East Central University.
Faculty, staff, and UD orchestra members had a sneak peek of the band's contest pieces during their final practice in Fee Theater Wednesday morning.
